Both the restaurant the gift card was purchased from, as well as Toast Guest Support, can look up and resend gift cards. Please contact either the relevant restaurant directly or Toast Guest Support (support@toasttakeout.zendesk.com). In either case, please include as much of the following information as possible:
- Purchaser name, email address, and phone number
- Recipient name, email address, and phone number
- Name and address of the restaurant the gift card was purchased from
- Date of purchase
- Gift card amount
- Last 4 digits of the card used to make the purchase
- Gift card number (if you have it)
