Birthday rewards can be redeemed in person at the restaurant you have the birthday reward with, on the online ordering website for the restaurant where applicable, or on the Local by Toast app (iOS only). Birthday rewards can vary depending on the restaurant - for example, some expire immediately after your actual birthday while others expire after the week or month of your birthday.
In order to receive a birthday reward, all of the below must be met, and a birthday needs to be entered into your loyalty account. Restaurants are able to set up:
- If they offer a birthday reward
- How the reward can be redeemed
- The value of the reward itself
- The redemption period of the reward
If you’d like more information on the birthday reward program at a particular restaurant, please send the name and address of the restaurant along with your loyalty account details (name, email address, phone number, and loyalty number if you have it) to support@toasttakeout.zendesk.com. Please note that you may also contact the restaurant directly for information about their loyalty program, including birthday rewards.
